Respectfully, a successful phase 3 trial for HIV, together with laying major track for cancer, NASH, Covid19 etc. is not tantamount to drinking koolaid. We are not all the way there yet but big pharma has to have a clear vision the golden spike is going to get hammered in at some point. If I were BMY, ABBV or NVS with supertanker sized market caps but under imminent patent cliff threat, I would surely be going for the gold.
