If there is some sort of gag order that ends for Nader, I wouldn’t be surprised to see anything negative he might say quickly end up in a Seeking Alpha or STAT “News” hit piece. That would be annoying and hurt the short term share price. Hopefully the fact he has shares (I’m assuming he hasn’t sold any, and he’d be dumb to. I don’t think he’s dumb) keeps him from airing any so called dirty laundry that could be used against us by douchebags.
