I would say many eyes were opened on here after the fact unfortunately. Sometimes it literarily takes a slap in the face to wake people up and Joe did just that to his bragging hundreds of thousands of shareholders.
I was in the hospital when the stock dropped next to zero and was like what the heck happened? Then found out Joe basically did all of this. No communication, no nothing. While I was not happy, I did not think it was this bad, but then the truth all came out and it made me literally sick to my stomach. I simply can't equate this to much. It still boggles my mind that an individual would do this to a company and to all the individuals that trusted him and he at no point communicated this. While I know there are people out there, he was surrounded by individuals that supposedly made sure this would not happen, yet it did. Thus, I am totally disgusted with all of them, everyone who left and Joe. They are all responsible for this disaster. Yet they run their own companies and continue on as if nothing ever happened. This is where the SEC and the legal system fails. Yes, investors risk their money, but when executives in a company paint a 'rosey' picture, there still should be some responsibility from the top down whether you leave or not in silence while the garbage happens if you don't provide any warning to the shareholders who think everything is still going strong.
