maybe we're splitting hairs - i do agree we're in a competitive space, and competitors don't want to give up ground - that's business. it also happens in sports and life.

my questions are:

did the FDA hammer us because they are conspiring against us, or because we wasted their time by submitting an incomplete and disastrous BLA, and partnered with an incompetent CRO?

Does a company like Gilead hate us because they're part of "the club" - or because NP snubbed them at an initial partnership meeting - acting like a total arrogant jerk (i have a reliable source on this).

are we in a bad financial situation because "shorts" have targeted us, or because NP refused to do a raise funds at $5 (when his advisors begged him to) - which would have set us free financially.

but again, maybe it's the conspiracy theory....
