Ya...RI-DEM agave a "Final review" before public hearing.
HELLO?? Public hearings were clearly defined in DEM's final approval process.
Big mistakes by the company. The blame-game is just a way to try and make a case for the company's poor business decisions from start to finish.
That's a fact. If you disagree please support the reasons for commiting to 50 sq ft and ordering and, evidently, assembling equipment (hundreds of 1000's more cost) prior to all final hearings and approvals.
