The only 2 questions that matter are what makes any of this change and when?
There are reasonable explanations for a lot of these as well (combination of inexperience, poor management, overzealous marketing, poor trial design, etc) - all of which aren’t based in conspiracy. Two sides to every coin. One side you give up hope and the other there is still plenty of hope and money to be made.
