PERMITTING STATUS??? What!! "SHOVEL-READY"?? for months last fall all the way up to being confirmed shove-ready in Nov-2021 tweet.
How was Durango supposedly shovel-ready from early last fall of 2021 with NO PERMITS. And you wonder how the wizard created a nightmare out of medi-ri? Just tweeted recently about ordering equipment and then finding a location for solar panel plant....all before mentioning licenses and permits needed?
What a farce! So many games being played.
