Companies should be very careful what they tweet. Based on the bold red text, the tweet, technically, says the 14C is not happening.
That information in the company's tweet, made available to the public, on twitter, should have been preceded by an 8-K.

Can someone explain how that means anything else other than what the company is stating...they will cancel or let it expire? This type of news made publicly available should require an official 8-K filing beforehand.

But you won't see a filing because this is the easiest way to not having to live up to cryptic meaningless tweet.
