US-based Companies Listed Only on Foreign Exchanges?
Can anyone think of any examples of companies that have their operational headquarters in the USA, do at least 50% of their business, and are NOT listed on any US exchange, but are listed on at least one foreign exchange.
The only example I have been able to find is Universal Music Group. Its operational headquarters are in Santa Monica, it gets over 50% of its revenue from the USA, and yet it is only listed on EuroNext Amsterdam. Not on NYSE, NASDAQ, nor any other US exchange.
