02:52 PM EDT, 06/23/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Neptune Wellness Solutions(NEPT) on Thursday said it closed a registered direct offering of share units that raised C$5 million.
The company said it placed 1.95-million units it the offer, with each priced at C$2.57 and made up of a share and two warrants to buy a share for C$2.32, with one expiring in two years and the second expiring in five years.
"Neptune intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes," it said in a release.
The company's shares were last seen down C$0.04 to C$2.14 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
