Because they are hoping the criminals will use the guns on us...and are training them to be extra "shooty" once they are the only ones armed. Ain't gonna work though. it's far too easy to get illegal guns from criminals and legal guns from "body guards" And far too many guns overall. They are trying to spark an insurrection. That won't work either. The country is too diverse and too many wide open spaces. Their consultants have royally screwed the elite. They gave bad advice about convid-19 too.
