I too sent seven screen shots to FINRA of the nasty hit piece Citron Research article that had disappeared from the internet only an hour or two after the short attack. I was glad I took screen shots after seeing links and tricked disappear in other short attacks. I conversed with a FINRA representative on two different occasions about the screen shots later that week about the article written by Adam Left of Citron Research. Which is his own internet internet magazine. Although not a successful one. I had hoped that would nail him to the wall with a planned falsely written attack organized by a group of shorts.

Shorting is legal and people do it all the time. I don’t care about the small fish. Make some money if you want. I don’t care to even try to buy and sell and have never sold one share of CYDY.

But organized hits with false articles are a different story and are highly illegal to short a stock this way. Adam Left supposedly stopped the planned shorting game after the Game Stop fiasco. I am sure he took a big loss with his attempted short attack. Then when a congressional inquiry was coming he swore off shorting publicly all together. I don’t follow scum like him and don’t know if he has officially stopped short as a career any longer. If he has stopped… maybe the chance of prison hit home with him.
