No idea, I dont know who wrote the 2 bios but I myself do not think it clearly separates it from UNVC. From the start it was never under the UNVC umbrella, Doc said in 2019 at Hope Global it was going to be brought under the UNVC umbrella. Still has not happened, but nothing has changed since then to indicate its not going to happen.
