As far as I can remember CYDY did not wait for the decision/ conclusion of the DSMB over those two dead patients. (What is the point of a DSMB when you stop the trial anyway?)
Later, the official conclusion of the DSMB was that those two deaths were not LL related, but CYDY had already initiated the trial stop. So Nader and Co. decided thousands of miles away, before any evidence and without the conclusion of the DSMB to stop the trial. This smells fishy at least.
