My take I was always under the impression that PPSI has the business and the office near the rite aid campus/. Wellness was a holding company it only has a PO box and no employees. Since PPSI is the money maker it's a great sign that financial are done for PPSI and in UNVC it has the lion share of the 270 million reported in revenue/. I imagine it will take no time to get wellness under UNVC because non of the new ventures have launched yet under Wellness so far as we know
