those sputnik vaccines in the philippines along with the sinovac vaccines probably had little effect. covid now on the uptick in the philippines

The 8,000 vials are still available in the Phillipines but cannot be dispensed due to the Hold by the US fda although it’s not known why they would adopt the guidance . But the vials are there
