I call bullshit on these 700ml results! The Emperor has no clothes here, people! You can not administer 700ml to someone with an immune system out of homeostasis and get these results! It's just not possible!
People are trying hard to come up with different MOA's that could explain the difference between 350ml doses and 700ml doses but those dogs just won't hunt.
Leronlimab can hunt and it will bind without fail to any CCR5 receptor it comes in contact with! It's just chemistry! RANTES signalling will be drastically curtailed and the other "multiple and overlapping feedback loops" that maintain homeostasis across multiple biological systems kick in.
Remember that Leronlimab is not reacting to any indication directly but is working on all immune systems that have CCR5 receptors.
I believe the 700ml leg of this trial was sabotaged by one or more of the usual suspects. Cytodyn probably realized this back in December when Recknor was to have wrapped up the NASH results in December.
The root of the problem was the bad blood between the two Iranians, Pourhassen and the head of Amarex. That is why Pourhassen was let go less than a month later. That relationship had just cost Cytodyn too much.
I do hope that the problems that Cytodyn faces are, as Scott Kelly said, "solvable." And I do hope all bad actors get what is coming to them. I do hope Sidley-Austin is still working for us!
