So I reported the account of Steve Quirk from 2019 to Twitter. Their finding was that it violated their policy and thus account has been deleted. Steve Quirk from 2015 still exists. This has happened several times with George Sharp from the OTC who I follow, as well as a DAO I belong to. Accounts were created maybe to misguide people etc, they were reported and deleted.
