Not saying that at all Mew. What I am saying is that looking into the Circuit Records in Washington county it shows that a Judge is assigned to the case and a summons was served to Highline Technical Innovations/ AHS on 2/28/2013. Furthermore it clearly indicates that Mr. Southern is the Plaintiff and that our company is the defendant. However, the indexed records only show that our company is the Plaintiff and that Mr. Southern is the defendant without any evidence of Mr. Southern ever being served. You can find it yourself on the court site, it was a bit difficult for me to find it as well but awk helped me along.
