My realtor today:
8 updated listings. 4 price decrease. 4 new listings.
Very interesting now that since then money has shifted elsewhere with democrats in control. We are no longer seeing soaring house buying. The housing market seems to be slipping and coming back down with rising interest rates for mortgages.
