I know you said enough about Mr. Southern Geneo but I think it is worth looking into.
A discrepancy is found in both the indexed records and the open/ circuit court records. However, since there was a summons served on 3/4/2013. I will bet that the indexed record is in error. And it very much looks like Mr. Southern could be going after AHS/ HTI
