1) This is correct, but in our society Majority is suppose to rule, not just 300 out of 20,000.
2) Don't believe that would have changed the minds of those 300.
But that still does not , point out one thing in the denial letter not related to the new law that shouldn't have been reviewed before completing their Final review.
