i agree that we don't have a lot of money sitting around at the current moment.

so for me, if we find someone who is highly qualified, and they come on board, it's clear that they will be compensated in stock - in other words, they will be betting on the upside of our drug and company over time. that will be a huge validation of our drug, and it's potential - and i would imagine the market would respond very positively.
