Thanks GET MONEY.  Looks like similar type of action.  I am basing my buying on HIMR's recent shareholder update.  It appears everything is coming together for HIMR/NorthCal, and that is why I don't think this is dilution.  I certainly could be wrong, and I don't want anyone to just blindly follow, but it simply does not make sense for HIMR to jeopardize the NorthCal relationship at this time.  And, it is NorthCal that is insisting on a share structure reduction.
