Leo, how about giving Biden 3 early birthday presents.
1. a hacksaw
2. Hand file
3. training wheels.
Ok, Biden should use the hacksaw to cut the testicle buster off the frame of the bike then he could file down any ruff edges. Of course the training wheels are pretty clear but what you are not aware of is by sawing the frame Biden killed 2 birds with one stone. As you know you are not a spring chicken, anyways Biden will probably need to pee at some point in his cycling journey and all he needs to do is pee in the holes on the frame.
