what he describes syncs with other things I have seen /heard about the quality of the "war effort". Going down hard....Putin just said they are going to go for all of Russian speaking Ukraine....So no harvest this year....with Odessa up for grabs there is NO WAY they will get any grain out of there. And no way the West will end sanctions....so at least 20,000 tons of wheat will likely rot in place...or go to China via Russia.
So that's several million deaths by starvation. There is no global reserve...except in China...but I don't think Xi will step up to save Africa. Though Uncle Pedo will probably clean out US stockpiles so I'm guessing $10 /loaf by X-mas.
