To start with, it's "Paulson" and they only know what CYDY is willing to share with them. As CDiddy recently posted, he's been on recent investor calls and learned very little. As a lawyer, I'm sure you understand that when a company, in this case CYDY, signs an NDA with another company to discuss a potential partnership and/or acquisition, the NDA would not include Paulson, so therefore they would not be privy to NDA-related discussions with another BP.
