Makes you wonder how they got beat down shorting ARKO from over $40/share 2 years ago to $7.52/share low recently. Funny how they were devalued for two years until they became affordable to help them and own a large share. Only just short 5 million shares at work in the short count.
Is it every damn stock that gets beat down and undervalued before someone swoops in to buy or partially partner with them to help them get over the hump and seek an approval? Is it the norm? Do we never have a small company able to do it on their own? Will it only happen if you fill big pharmas pockets one way or the other? The deck seems so stacked against the small companies and the retail investor. It really is a crime on how the system works and massive change needs to happen. This isn’t the only country and the way things were suppose to be. Are we closer to a fill your back pockets back door dealing unjust system anymore? When and who will change things back to like they were just a few short decades ago? 30 years ago the government I believe did all the trials. The FDA wasn’t beholden to big Pharma and the FDA was funded by the federal government. Funny how we can look back and see the past and how things use to be. Maybe it’s time to go back in time and start over? It’s time for a complete overhaul of the drug approval system. Level the playing field for all to be fair. No more power of influence of big Pharma. No campaign contributions allowed… not just by big Pharma but not for any corporations to donate to campaigns.
Sorry for the rant but it really pisses me off the way our country is turning into almost a communist state and a behind the door regime of corporate control. I remember the good ol’ days… why has everything gotten so far out of control? Did it start with trickle down economics? Well… we know that will never work by experience now. How many times will we be tricked into trickle down economics? Hasn’t worked one time yet…
Yeah… I am done now… apologies all around…
