Depending on CYDY's current SEC classification, the 10k is due July 31 or August 15.
They have a May 31 year end.
For "Large Accelerated" filers, the 10k is due 60 days from year end.
For "Accelerated" filers, the 10k is due 75 days from year end.
CYDY has been in both categories in recent years. I'm not sure what causes them to move between categories.
I think July 31 will be the due date this year. (There is another category that could push it all the way to August 31, but I don't think that applies.)
