Agree w/Burgess Harrison; for-profit medical care, at least in terms of the 'insurance' model, where profit is made by denying services and holding on to as much of the premiums paid as possible, is not a socially sustainable model. I hope, and it seems, that UNVC and its affiliates are finding a way to modify that model and work with the gov't to become an example of how health care can reach the neediest, make a profit, and still be a net social good.
