Exactly,so I guess it's comes down to funding.I am mad about the length of this process but i give hollund all the credit in the world for not pumping this because it would be so easy to pay these pumper companies to pump this stock up to .10 .50 cent especially with the progress they have made,then they would have all the money they need but they have not gone that route, but I won't be mad if they did though.The only thing I would like them to do now is at least they could buy up all the 0002&3's and stabilize this price movement.reducing the shares is great but right now we need these 2's in strong hands.i think once these 2's go people will be willing to buy the 3's, whoever bought those 94 mil shares and dumped I don't think they will do that again so hopefully these 2's being bought today are long term investors.
