A RS is not a good thing.
If you have 1 million shares and they do a 100:1 split than your shares are diluted to 10,000 shares.
Who would be happy with 10,000 shares for the price to be artificially pumped to $.40?
With new shares and new interest let's say it jumped to $3...with 10,000 that's a whopping $30k
No thanks.
