I've experienced a couple of RS as well and watching my account value drop from them. Most of them were OTC meme stocks though with valuation being built mostly on speculation. I hope we get some significant value before they RS.

Personally I think they will use the opportunity to devalue all the outstanding shares held by historical owners like Pearlman and speculators like myself and those on this board. Wouldn't be good to give us much ownership for subpenny prices!
