Treaty Energy Corporation has presented the Government of Belize with the company's 2013 Plans for Oil and Gas Development. This document gives a general overview of Treaty Energy Corporation's operations in Belize and its future projects there.

Treaty Energy Corporation will also be providing a further update later on today with its current San Juan #3 operations in order to supplement this document.

As announced during TECO's Q&A session on February 19th, 2013, Treaty Energy Corporation will present investors with quarterly documents regarding our project statuses. This document is considered independent of that, but contains similar information for investors.
