If the numbers are right and the current share price is say .004 then the value of the company works out to be 100 million (25 B x .004 = 100,000,000 and I am willing to bet that valuation will be inline with what the new company value is give or take a few million but time will tell. I think the strategy involves up listing to nasdaq and we should be seeing their game plan real soon with a press release etc... JMO I think it's going to be just fine when the dust clears. JMO
