If anyone is interested in "swinging for the fence", IDBC is a good one to check out. This bank's pps was down to .005 but has rebounded to .035 with the ask now at .10 as of this post. Things look rather shaky, at the moment, but I think they just might have a chance. I haven't bought in but do plan to keep IDBC on my radar.
