Thank you GET MONEY, I appreciate that.  The assessment I am talking about (and one may have been completed already) is worth MILLIONS of dollars in World Bank and International financing.  In addition, these same organization provide expert help on everything from engineering to fisheries improvement.  So, depending on what NorthCal intends to do on their own, this could be our ticket.  However, when put together with NorthCal's funding and support, HIMR is a sure fired winner (in my opinion, of course).  Just one more thing to put on our list of expected press releases in the very near future.
