He's likely still getting his monthly few million shares, selling into strength and probably shorting the stock in the process. He's been doing this for a year and a half, since the monthly distributions were triggered on his first note. As of Feb 28, we still owed him $40 million in note conversions. Nader's legacy lives on. We'll see how much that total has been reduced when we get the 10K.
