But get this, while the RS is 1 for 25, the AS isn't getting reduced by the same ratio. Only by 5, not 25. Investors in iBIO are going to be diluted out of their positions x5!
Oh and iBIO isn't doing a RS to uplist. They are doing a RS to stay listed.
The stock will start tanking after the RS is announced June 30th because shorts know the company has no catalyst on the near horizon to get the sp back up to $2.
What is Tom the CEO doing? Maybe they could hire the ex-CEO for MONI Alice. I heard she ran away and looking for a new jobbie.

'tutes' don't like companies that RS to stay listed. They usually get shorted to death.
