The company did a private placement to accredited investors, as they stated.
Do you think the identity of those accredited investors is something that has to be divulged? It does not.
If the company states that it sold shares, are you trying to imply that they are lying because they didn't give you the names of the buyers?
And as far as asserting things that you "cannot back up" -- that is a feature of your posting. For instance, asserting that it's relevant to know who bought shares -- when it isn't. "I think it's relevant" is not a fact-based statement.
