Today marks 3 years that Dr Dalton sent his first tweet out. That summer of 2019, tweets were again filled with bold statements, ‘rainbow of dollars’, generational wealth creation and the famous ‘PR will make new beginnings’. Stated that ‘this is Univec Inc. now Univec Conglomerate Inc.’ With lots of ‘I promise’ and ‘Book it’. Here we lie. Some very optimistic that the current month of June will be the month we “launch” as they say. After reading all the tweets by Dr Dalton over again today, I can see why emotions and expectations are high. Some very strong words and statements were used. Kids are some of the best at straight talk. If you told your kids, your next birthday you’re going to get a pony, Spider-Man will be there and you’ll have tons of pizza and cotton candy and lots of arcade games. If you don’t follow through, they will call you out if you mention that you will do that the following year and you promise this time. They will call you out and tell you you said that the last time.
So Univec shareholders, some are hanging on for dear life, some are still skeptical and some are just way too optimistic in a cult like fashion to even care one way or another if we launch or don’t launch is June.
One day a company such as this with aspirations for Nasdaq will actually follow through on the bold statements of its CEO.
Was the positives we should expect this quarter equal to launching, or are the two separate? Positives and more waiting and praying and believing.
Will we be hearing the same bold statements next summer 2023? Your guess is as good as mine!
