While on the subject of management holdings...and MY BAD reading of the 8K's...the following is offered in greater reflection and proper reading.
Dr. SK and his wife acquired from (March/31/22 - May/31/22) 2,807,456 shares...in addition to previous holdings.
Dr. Nitya Ray same period... acquired 372,597 shares in addition to previous holdings.
Dr. Chris Recknor (March 31/22 - April 15/22) acquired shares of 716,746 in addition to previous holdings.
Mr. Antonio Migliareses (March/31/22 - May/31/22) acquired 70,448 in addition to previous holdings.
I believe ALL of these acquisitions... are a testament to the general belief system associated with the management...that WE are familiar.
Other than that...I apologize to the board and anyone who might have read my post.
