Please get all necessary permits for any project before spending millions. LOI's MOU's don't matter. Final permit(s) in hand is the only thing that matters

Is the company provide an update on the non glass solar panel UL certifications other than the 10-K excuse for having the money to further the process with the patents?
Has NMG even submitted a sample demo panel? Have they even built a demo panel?
The plumbing company subsidiary seems to have ownership of those non glass solar panel patents. The Company also formed National Mechanical Group Corp, a New Jersey corporation focused on plumbing operations in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas.
