Re: Evil Rabbit #124585
I just hate the lack of communication. What timelines can be expected realistically? Within what timeframe could the BLA be done despite the Amarex sabotage?
The reason for that is simple. Why give away 75% or more of future NASH revenues if the BLA might be fixed "soon" (whatever that means). What happened to Brazil, and I don't care if that might take another 12 months? What are we waiting for? Publishing results via scientific gatherings is all nice, but what's up with the recent castration? It seems to me that any interaction with the FDA has been abandoned completely and left for some big partner to be dealt with. I just doubt our situation cannot be fixed without selling out cheaply.
I love Dr Jay's way of thinking and his simplistic approach - he should be our voice and the one to steer us through the darkness.
After years of pain I understand certain desires including a fast buyout. But who might be willing to pay short term at least $80 / share (with the rising inflation that would still be a steal). Exactly, there would probably be no buyer for that price and for any lower price they might as well stick their offer where the sun doesn't shine.
So why partnering up for NASH and being bought out 2 years from now if the BLA might be fixed within the coming 6 months?
Dr. Recknor & Dr. Jay, help us!
