It's probably nothing. Just wanted to know who Pyro SS, LLC were before the 500K convertible loan and who they were after the convertible loan. It's good to know who is lending money and what for when looking at investing in a company.

Not sure if they existed before their PA LLC filing in October 2020. But they were mentioned in SNPWs SEC filings before October 2020. It could have been a sole proprietorship or some other company when the convertible loan docs were signed before becoming and LLC after the convertible loan docs were executed. No big deal.

Curious, but more interested in what the 500K convertible loan dollars were applied to as far as SNPWs Medi-RI business.
