So, are you trying to say that Apple et al give stock as part of a contract, but that CYDY does it out of desperation?
You are an attorney. Please provide your evidence for your claim that somehow CYDY magically forced stock on their management and Board, in violation of a cash remuneration agreement. Lots of luck there, given that there is no such evidence. CYDY is exactly like the other companies, in granting stock, options, and warrants as part of remuneration.
Your constant attempts to change the meaning of what others write, so that your ludicrous statements are not seen to be as foolish as they are, should be transparent to all.
