You are an attorney. Please provide your evidence for your claim that somehow CYDY magically forced stock on their management and Board, in violation of a cash remuneration agreement. Lots of luck there, given that there is no such evidence. CYDY is exactly like the other companies, in granting stock, options, and warrants as part of remuneration.
