Here's my thought: If CYDY submits a P3 protocol and it gets rejected by the FDA and we still have no partner, it's "game over" so who cares anyway if they announce it.
To me, it would mean, once again, CYDY doesn't have the experience or intelligence to hire those with the experience to get the job done right both quickly and efficiently.
Sound harsh? You're damn right it does, but as long as management remains completely silent, all we know for sure is that they're cashing paychecks from company that is dangerously running out of both time and money.
