Hey Marc. I hope you're having a good night so far.
The one thing I disagree with a little is that I don't believe that the deck is SO stacked against CYDY. CYDY has consistently failed to be irrefutable in their results.
I believe, as I have always said, that CYDY is the lazy kid, trying to do his 2nd grade book report on the bus on the way to school. CYDY consistently under-enrolls their trials, has sorta-kinda-maybe good results if you squint a bit (HIV excepted, God only knows where we are on that) and just doesn't have the energy/ability to do a big-boy job on anything.
To cry "Waaaa...the FDA let another company squeak by with so-so results, why can't we?" is not playing in the major leagues. Step up, CYDY, or start making potato chips. LOL
