June 14th announcement is probably nothing more than a name change for the company. Get rid of Strikeforce name and its miserable history of 5 reverse splits and losing tens of millions of dollars in the last 20 years and hardly any revenues while the 3 amigos have enriched themselves with a nice salary and free shares through the years.
Of course there is also a good chance i might be wrong on the name change but not on the 3 crooks.
