The value of all the companies has to far exceed the debts. NuGenerex alone has a true value of over 500 million. Joe really had nothng to do with that one. There are actual products as well that do have value. The main issue is, can those products actually produce that value and can NuGenerex be sold for 500 million plus?

If during the bankruptcy proceedings there is any common sense, they know they cannot get blood from a turnip, they would put new management in charge to produce value in the products and find value in NuGenerex and IIlkey. Those creditors would get far more for their money.
